Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Gazolina mobile app, available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), published by Florent Codet Drolez.
By downloading or using Gazolina, you accept these Terms of Use without reservation.
Access and use
Gazolina is a petrol station search app that lets you locate nearby stations, view fuel prices and start directions to a station.
The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any use contrary to these Terms of Use or applicable laws is prohibited.
Gazolina+ subscription
Gazolina offers a premium Gazolina+ subscription that unlocks the following advanced features:
- Sort stations by price
- Filter by maximum price
- Filter by brand
- Advanced service filters
- Full access to CarPlay (iOS) and Android Auto (Android)

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and may vary depending on your country or region.
The Lifetime plan is a one-off purchase, with no renewal, available on iOS and Android.
Payment and renewal
The Gazolina+ subscription is managed exclusively through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. These platforms’ terms apply to your purchases.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal amount is charged within the 24 hours preceding the expiry of the current period.
Free trial
The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will automatically be charged for the annual subscription.
Only one free trial per Apple ID or Google account. The free trial does not apply if you have previously subscribed to Gazolina+.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Gazolina+
On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gazolina+
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Access to premium features remains active until that date, with no pro rata refund.
Refunds
Refunds are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) in accordance with their respective refund policies. For any request, go to:

Intellectual property
The Gazolina app, its source code, design, visuals and content are the exclusive property of its publisher. Any unauthorised reproduction, copying or distribution is prohibited.
Fuel price data comes from official public sources in each country covered (France: data.economie.gouv.fr; Spain: minetur.gob.es; Italy: mimit.gov.it; Portugal: dgeg.gov.pt) and, for Belgium, from a specialised data provider. Information about station services comes from OpenStreetMap.
Limitation of liability
Gazolina makes every effort to display reliable information, but does not guarantee:
- The accuracy or currency of displayed prices
- The uninterrupted availability of the app or its services
- The absence of errors or interruptions
Gazolina cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information displayed in the app.
Third-party services
Gazolina may open navigation apps (Maps on iOS, Google Maps, Waze) when you start directions. These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
